Testing security doors

Before security doors reach you, they must pass rigorious tests. First of all is the burglary test. Ingeneers trying their best to brake the doors. They use various tools to do this. By time you can brake the doors you measure burglary resistant class.

Secon is fire resistance test. Security doors are connected with hundreds of meters to show weak spots and to measure temperature. Then they are set on fire. Less  time they burn, less heat they let in the house, higher fire resistance class they are.

Next test is sound resistance test. Security doors are placed in sound proof room. Special sound equipment is placed in that room and sound measurement equipment outside. That way you can check how security doors keeps noise out.

Then goes usage test. This test will show how many open - close cycles doors can hold. Special type of equipment will measure how security doors are resistant to repeated opening and closing.
